At i-Youth today, I kinda came to realize sth. First impressions make all the difference in people's response to you as you are about to lead them. If you give them a feeling of excitement, they'll definitely feel jived to respond and get themself into what you're offering but... Do otherwise and... You're AAAAALLLLLL alone... For those who've tried making children do stupidly cute stuff, I'm sure you know what I mean...
Can it be true that always having leaders around will prevent OTHER possible leaders from growing and showing their leadership? Will they shrink under the shadow of the superior leader?

Have to see wat kind of followers r they lo.. Some could overpass their leaders whereas the others may jz follow theirs n couldn't shine forever..
Ever heard of the saying that a servant can never be greater than his master? A servant can only be as GOOD as his master but not better. There's a point there. You learn from ur master.. so... if your master doesn't have anyth to teach you, what else can you learn to be greater than him? Unless of course you go and learn some MORE from ANOTHER master. That'd make you NOT greater than the OTHER master, right? Heheh... Complicated...
